The resort grounds are amazing, a beautiful and picturesque setting. The staff members were very helpful, especially Ortega, Beras, and Wilfried. The pools were clean and the gardens well looked after.
I wish the resort offered More activities for teenagers. It would be great to have a teen club or targeted events. This could enhance the experience for families with older children.

I thought the a la carte options were good, especially Tartufo, Hacienda, and El Gaucho. The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. Truly, the options were adequate. There were multiple restaurants to choose from.

The resort is LARGE, and walking is necessary, but there are shuttles, TOO. The beach is clean, and I felt safe. The resort provides security all around.

The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the resort (though it was fine most of the time).

The hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions. Transportation is readily available. The surrounding area is peaceful. Noise levels are minimal. Access to the beach is quick, within a short walking distance from the main building.

The Bungalow Suite features a spacious layout with a separate living area. Air conditioning works effectively. I could adjust the temperature easily. The bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower (such a welcome feature!).

Staff members respond quickly to requests. They usually resolved any issues within an hour. Restaurant staff are attentive. Drink orders were promptly fulfilled. The concierge was very helpful. He provided useful information about local tours.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes (which was sufficient for my needs). The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section. The resort includes five restaurants, providing many dining options.

the hotel grounds were amazing and well kept. it was a beautiful resort.
i found the staff to often be unhappy in their job. i had multiple bad experiences. there was a big difference in customer service when comparing it to other high-end resorts.

The resort provided easy access to everything i needed by walking. my room was a bungalow suite. it was spacious. the beach featured white sand and turquoise waters. I found it amazing.
The paths were occasionally used by maintenance trucks. I had to move out of the way.

the room was nice BUT we had mosquitoes which was a bit of a PAIN. i think they need to address this issue because it affected my sleep.
